Alexandra has worked both in Adult Care and a number of other industries and projects, including Finance, Travel and environmental Antarctic exploration bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service and outstanding care.

Sohini started her career as a team manager for a supported living scheme. She then went on to work as a Care Manager in East London, which specialised in dementia care, before moving on to work with Home Instead Enfield

Kinga started her working career in Administration, first in Poland where Kinga grew up, followed by positions with an Architects Office, Investment Bank and Accountancy Firm in London when moving here 16 years ago.

Asma first came to Home Instead Enfield a few years ago starting as a Care Professional. She left to concentrate on her family, 2 teenage daughters, but a chance encounter bumping into her in a supermarket had her return to us earlier in the year.

Since we have started using the services of Home Instead Enfield since March for my aunt’s care, we as a family can only applaud and say how greatly appreciative we are for the care my auntie has received. The care has been exceptional and all carers show my auntie care, respecting her dignity at all times. It’s also the behind the scenes from the staff, who have chased up medical appointments, Occupational Therapy appointments and so much more.
