Home Instead Epping Forest’s super PEAQ results reflect the dedication of their Care Professionals and the quality of their home care service.
PEAQ stands for Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality, and it’s an annual survey that collects genuine feedback from our clients and Care Professionals. This survey helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continuously improve so we can keep offering the best home care to our lovely clients.
This survey is a great way to show just how committed we are to providing top-notch care. It’s also really helpful in making sure we’re meeting the high standards that both our clients and Care Professionals expect. We believe happy Care Professionals are able to offer the best care and bring joy to our clients, so we are so glad they feel valued.
