Our Care Professionals are supported by an experienced, office-based team that’s there to handle everything from scheduling to any adjustments in care needs. Each Care Professional at Home Instead Epping Forest is trained extensively by our Head of Training, Debbie, in areas such as dementia support and mobility assistance, ensuring they’re well-equipped to meet diverse client needs. For families, this structure means you’re not just hiring a Care Professional—you’re gaining the support of an entire team dedicated to reliable, consistent care.
Beyond providing individual care, we’re committed to enriching our local community. Through partnerships with organisations like Essex Police for scam awareness and our monthly Memory Lane Cafés, we work to create a supportive, engaging environment for older adults across Epping Forest. We’ll bring along our monthly Sparkle Magazine for clients too, a great source of quizzes, puzzles and stories. We also host Dementia Information Drop-ins and partner with community groups to offer safe spaces for clients and families to connect.
