It is always done with a cheerful manner and my husband and I look forward to their visits. They always arrive on time and we are informed if they are going to be late because of traffic or weather. I’m writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care you provided to my father during the last months of his life. Your team’s kindness, patience, and respect towards him were a great comfort not only to him but to the family.
