Out of 1015 home care providers in the Southwest of England, only 2% have received this prestigious rating and makes it the 7th year in a row that we have received this award.
A Commitment to Quality Care
On the homecare.co.uk website, all the reviews for Home Instead Exeter and East Devon are 5 stars, reiterating why we are such a high-quality home care provider. Our review score is 10/10 on the website which is based on the stars that we receive in each area which include, staff, care/support, management, treated with dignity and value for money. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our entire team.
Alongside the Top 20 Award, we have also been rated as Outstanding in all areas by the Care Quality Commission. We are the only home care provider in the South West to have achieved 5 stars in the areas of safe, caring, responsive, well led and effective. Our mission since the start has been to enhance the quality of life for our clients by providing personalised care that would be good enough for our own ‘mums and dads’.
A Message from Our Managing Director
One of our managing directors, Mark McGlade says ‘I am delighted to announce that Home Instead – Exeter & East Devon has once again been recognised in the Homecare.co.uk Awards as one of the most recommended home care providers in the country.
Based on client feedback scores from 103 clients, we have achieved a perfect 10 out of 10 score. We have received 100% 5-star reviews from our clients, which is a credit to our fantastic team. We should all be so proud of this achievement which is all down to the Care Professionals’ dedication to our clients and going the extra mile to deliver outstanding personalised care. A special mention goes to Anna and Rhema, our Quality Assurance Managers for always being available to help and support our clients and going the extra mile to ensure they are well looked after.
We also owe a debt of gratitude to our wonderful clients and their families. Their trust and positive feedback that they have given us have been instrumental in our journey. We are honoured to be a part of their lives and to provide the support they need to remain happy and safe in their own homes.
