Paul’s career has been defined by strong business and organisational leadership, with extensive experience in corporate roles where he honed his skills in team building, operations, and growth management. However, his decision to join our Home Instead family is equally influenced by personal experience. Working on projects to create ‘homes for life’ for young adults with learning disabilities, along with his fundraising efforts for Age Concern, has given him a deeper understanding of the care needs in our community. It was his family’s experience that first brought Home Instead to Paul’s attention.
Like many of us who are drawn to the care sector, Paul’s journey has been shaped by personal experience. For five years, Home Instead supported his father-in-law, and witnessing the compassion, dedication, and professionalism of the team left a profound impact on him. This experience became the catalyst for Paul’s decision to enter the world of home care, ultimately leading him to Home Instead Fareham and Gosport. He is passionate about supporting our clients and their families through challenging times, ensuring they receive the dignity, respect, and companionship they deserve.
