We are delighted to have been named finalists for so many awards in the last couple of months.
These awards include business, franchise and care awards and acknowledge the importance we place on our people, the quality of care provided by our franchise teams and the success of our franchise model.
Our National Office was named, once again, in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for 2019 and also a 3-star Best Companies accredited employer. We have a team of 55 specialists at National Office who are in place to support the Home Instead franchise network and these awards were made possible through our extraordinary commitment to workplace engagement.
In the health and care arenas we have been shortlisted by the Health Investor Awards 2019 for our entry in the Domiciliary Care Provider category and we are also finalists in the Home Care Awards 2019 for Specialist Care Expertise. Our franchise office in Charnwood, Loughborough and Coalville has also been named as a finalist in the Home Care Awards.
Lynn Elliott, who runs our Down & Lisburn office in Northern Ireland, has been shortlisted as Woman Franchisee of the Year 2019 by EWIF.
We have three nominations in the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards 2019. National Office is shortlisted in the Leadership & Culture category, Wetherby franchisee Simon White for Business Transformation and Victoria Rigby from our Epping Forest office is in the running for Young Franchisee of the Year.
