Home Instead has again been recognised in the Smith & Henderson Best Franchise Awards, we are proud to say we were awarded 2nd in the Best Franchise System, second only to the giant that is McDonald’s!
Importantly these awards are based on the satisfaction feedback from our franchisees which is then combined with the opinion of the panel of expert judges. They asked franchisees questions about the training and support provided by their franchisor, how effective the franchise system was and how the financial and non-financial rewards compared to their expectations.
