Health Hub Partner Event
Continuing Boots UK’s partnership with Home Instead, we were invited to the Pavilion at Boots Head Office, alongside all other Health Hub partners, to talk to Boots colleagues. With such a busy event, this offered a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of the Home Instead brand with Boots colleagues, as well as talk about starting Care Conversations with ageing loved ones.
Health Hub
Home Instead have been partnered with Boots UK Health Hub since it began in September 2021. While it can often be stressful beginning the search for care for loved ones, this partnership provides Boots customers with convenient access to the range of home care services we can offer. In partnering up with Boots UK, we have been able to highlight our care amongst their customers, while supporting their aims of providing whatever healthcare need their customers may have.
We are proud to be partners with a company like Boots UK that aim to support people to live in the way they want to. Attending this event allowed us to raise awareness to Boots colleagues and other Health Hub partners of home care as an option as well as the benefits it can provide. It also provided an excellent chance to find potential Care Professionals among the attendees, which shows how fantastic our connections with partners can be for Home Instead.
Care Conversations
During 2022 we have attended several Boots Over 60’s reward events and promoted our Care Conversations to Boots customers. This event provided an opportunity to speak to Boots colleagues and other attendees, giving them advice on starting conversations about care options with their loved ones.
We are encouraging the nation to talk with loved ones about their care options, even if there is no current need for support. Our research shows that these Care Conversations are often put off until care is needed, which can make it a lot harder to create a care plan which suits the client. As the leading home care franchise, we have a lot of experience in caring for our ageing population at home and know how important it is to have these discussions.
