If you’re interested in starting a brand-new franchise in a new territory, there are a lot of things to consider. But don’t worry – we’ll be there to support you. With a new franchise, you’ll be developing everything from scratch. You’ll need an office and a range of other resources before you can start to build your very own client list. Before all that, you’ll need the funding required to get you off the ground, and we can even help there. We’ve formed close working relationships with some leading banks. They understand the various needs of someone wanting to start their own franchise and can offer up to 70% of the total funding you’ll require.
Our fee for a new franchise is £41,000 (exc. VAT), with an ongoing royalty fee of 6.5% (exc. VAT). To cover both the working capital you’ll need and the franchise fee, you’ll probably require an initial investment of between £90,000 and £110,000. That can sound daunting at first, but the potential rewards are considerable. And don’t forget – we’ll help you to develop a business model, get you started and then help you to grow and boost your revenues. In many ways, our success depends on your success, so we’re only too happy to provide a wide range of support. But ultimately, the success of your franchise will depend on your own hard work, drive and commitment.
The rewards of owning a new franchise can be substantial – both personally and economically. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’ve created everything from scratch, you’re making a real difference to people’s lives, and you’re also developing a highly profitable business. Many of our franchisees have an annual turnover of over £1 million, while some achieve up to £3 million. Once you’re established, you should be making an operating profit of between 15 to 20% (before owner earnings and finance costs).
