We are ending the year with a very special podcast episode, a tribute to Fatta Thapa. This episode was filmed earlier in the year and is the perfect acknowledgement of his success as a valued and much-loved Home Instead franchisee, but also the part he played amongst his local community.
Home Instead seek to find franchisees who are driven by a passion to help others, and Fatta was the perfect example of this. Committed to helping others and leading with a heart full of compassion. This dedication saw Fatta build and grow a successful multi-unit operation where his passion for growth enabled him to reach and help more and more people across the South East.
Fatta touched the lives of so many and made such a positive impact within his communities. Alongside his family, including his wife Sonia, Fatta upheld incredible values, working tirelessly to provide the best care possible and make a difference to his local communities.
From launching the charity ‘Skills & Care’, which focuses on promoting social inclusion and supporting vulnerable and isolated older people. To support for his Gurkha community, the launch of the Sunday Hub in partnership with Charlton Athletic, and Chatterbox Cafes. In this podcast, Fatta explains how his involvement in his community has contributed to his success.
We hope that you listen to this podcast and enjoy hearing from such an inspiring man, whose legacy will continue to have a positive impact amongst his community, the Home Instead franchise network and beyond.
