Franchise magazine, Elite Franchise, ranked Home Instead as the number one UK franchise in its first ever league table. The magazine looked at financial performance, heritage, contribution to the community and innovation to rank the best franchise opportunities in the UK.  Home Instead beat other well-known brands like McDonalds and Subway.  The accolade follows an earlier recognition this year when Home Instead was awarded a five star rating for the fifth time in Smith & Henderson’s annual Franchisee Satisfaction survey.

Home Instead has been named the number one most recommended home care company in The Home Care Awards 2018. No. 1 as rated by the care regulator

Home Instead has just received its 40th ‘outstanding’ rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), England’s care regulator. As such we have more outstanding ratings than any other home care provider. It’s also worth noting that only 2% of care providers nationally have attained an outstanding rating.
