The British Franchise Association (BFA) is keen to celebrate the very best in franchising, by showcasing franchisors who are committed to ethical franchising. In 2020, despite the difficulties of the pandemic, we were named Gold Franchisor of the Year in the BFA/HSBC awards. Pip Wilkins, CEO of the BFA, acknowledged our ethical approach and the support we give to our franchisees as we strive to expand the world’s capacity to care.
Our entry for the award focused on making home care the norm rather than an option, and on how our national TV campaign contributed to this aim.The ‘Home Instead Franchise Journey’ – the process that supports our franchisees in being the best they can be through a programme of operational and wellbeing support – also contributed to our win.
