Martin leads our UK & International operations. He continues to develop our brand whilst strengthening Home Instead’s reputation as the most admired care company and employer of choice within the care sector.  

Ruth focuses on the growth and development of the network, which ranges from bringing new franchisees on board to partnering with companies who share our values.

Tom provides strategic and financial guidance to the UK group of companies in addition to supporting all of National Office with the maintenance of a strong financial model for our franchise network. 

Lee's role involves building awareness of the Home Instead brand, as well as the many benefits of in-home care, and how we can provide caring support to older people and their loved ones.

Sanjeev’s primary remit is to identify ways the company can further reduce the growing burden on the NHS by increasing its range of at home care services combining technology and care professional skill mix.

Imogen supports people looking to become a Home Instead franchisee, whether that is someone wanting to open a new territory, offering Home Instead services to a completely new market, or someone looking to purchase a resale. She is also responsible for ensuring franchisees joining Home Instead have a strong onboarding before introducing them to their support team at National Office.

Luke is responsible for supporting new franchisees in joining the Home Instead network. He manages the marketing strategy to promote franchising opportunities, whether new or resale, and is the first port of call for anyone wanting to join the brand.
