Harri Thompson from HT Will Writing & Estate Planning will be joining us for a free to attend expert session on LPAs and wills.

Join us as we invite Harri Thompson, founder of HT Will Writing & Estate Planning to share her knowledge and expertise in will writing and Lasting Power of Attorneys. Harri has a robust background in both law and financial services. This free to attend session will be held at 3pm on Wednesday 5^th June.

If you’re thinking about creating a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), or have just been appointed as an attorney for a loved one, Harri will share advice and best practice knowledge on how you and your loved ones can be supported to make decisions. LPAs support individuals to have their wishes followed should they become ill or too frail to manage their finances or care for themselves and have been deemed to lack capacity. There are two types of LPAs: Property & Finance and Health & Welfare.

Harri will share her professional advice about LPAs and how you or your loved one can best record your wishes for the future. As well as LPAs, Harri will give guidance on will writing. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers and has years of experience in the ins and out of will writing and estate planning. She works with individuals to curate a plan for the end of life and will be able to give tips and reassurance if you’re not sure where to start. This includes how to pick an executor, deciding on how your assets will be distributed and how to create a legally-binding will.
