For many families who live outside Surrey, our home help service provides the reassurance that their loved one is in capable, attentive hands. One family told us how much it meant to them, knowing that Mum’s fridge was always stocked with nutritious food and that she was eating well, keeping her independence intact. During each visit, our Care Professionals provide support with meal prep, laundry, light cleaning, and even little things like setting out clothes for the next day. This level of care gives families peace of mind that everything’s running smoothly at home.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our local owners Chris and Sarah, alongside our office team, led by Deputy Care Manager Amanda, are all incredibly dedicated to ensuring everything runs seamlessly—from scheduling visits to promptly responding when your needs change. Each Care Professional is carefully chosen, fully employed by us, and receives comprehensive training at our Elstead centre. We prioritise consistent, personalised support, so you’ll receive visits from the same Care Professional, or small team of Care Professionals, who genuinely understand your preferences and routines. Families can always count on us for updates or to make adjustments—whether through our care app, a quick call, or a friendly visit to our office.
Being local means we understand what matters in our community. Our Care Professionals know the best local shops, reliable tradespeople, and community services that might be helpful. You’ll often find our team at local events like the Ashington Fair or fundraising at the Pavilion Café, staying connected with the community we serve. Working alongside our sister office in Guildford and Woking helps us share resources and knowledge, ensuring we provide the best possible support to local families.
