Our ongoing training is overseen by Caroline, and is designed to keep up to date with the latest initiatives in key areas such as safe moving and handling and supporting individuals with dementia or Parkinson’s. Training also includes medication management, identifying changes in health, and addressing night-time needs, all allowing our team to provide the very best compassionate and highly skilled overnight care.
We maintain strong connections with local healthcare providers such as at the Royal Surrey, enabling smooth support for clients transitioning home from hospital care. We can also work closely with GPs and district nurses to provide joined-up support, particularly for clients with complex needs.
