Our amazing PEAQ 2019 Results

We are very proud to share with you the results from our 2019 PEAQ Survey.

PEAQ stands for ‘Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality’, and it is Home Instead’s annual survey of our office staff, Care Professionals, and our clients. The survey is completely anonymous, and is run by an independent research company, WorkBuzz. The survey is incredibly important, as it allows us to gain a better understanding of how Home Instead is perceived by our Clients, Care Professionals and the key players in our organisation.

Our Team are encouraged by the results of our latest survey, we believe we are already making a difference and acting on the feedback we have received. We are striving to maintain our excellent standards and improve in every aspect of what we do.
