Our Wonderful PEAQ Feedback

PEAQ stands for ‘Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality’, and it is Home Instead’s annual survey of our office staff, Care Professionals, and our clients. The survey is completely anonymous, and is run by an independent research company, WorkBuzz. The survey is incredibly important, as it allows us to gain a better understanding of how Home Instead is perceived by our Clients, Care Professionals and the key players in our organisation.

100% of clients said they would rate the overall quality of the service, while 100% said they were involved in the care planning and reviewing their care.

This exceptional feedback was recognized at Home Instead’s annual conference where the management Team from Home Instead Frodsham, Runcorn, Widnes were presented with the PEAQ Award for Care Excellence.

We believe we are making a difference and acting on the feedback we have received. We are striving to maintain our excellent standards and improve in every aspect of what we do.
