Personal care is about supporting everyday routines that make a difference to well-being and independence. For some, that might mean helping with morning routines—getting out of bed, washed, dressed, and ready for the day ahead. Others may need assistance in the evening with bathing and changing into nightclothes, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. Our Care Professionals work with compassion and respect, adapting to each client’s preferences and making sure they feel supported, and never rushed. It’s about creating a routine that works for them and brings peace of mind to their families.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Take two of our clients as an example. One gentleman needs help each morning to get out of bed, bathe, and dress – giving him the confidence to start his day. Another client, who values his evening routine, receives support with washing and shaving, and preparing for bed. These simple, everyday moments are about more than just tasks; they’re about maintaining independence and dignity with compassionate support.
