Home Instead Havant Celebrated its 9th birthday this week!
Franchise Owner Mark Gettinby said “Wow, 9 Years! Where does the time go? We are so lucky to get to make the differences we make to so many people’s lives in our own special Home Instead way. Be it making them smile in the morning when we arrive, to enabling them to stay in their own home on their terms. Here is to the next 9 years!”
The office first opened on Hayling Island on 1st July 2015 and the team have been providing care to the areas of Hayling Island, Havant, Emsworth, Waterlooville and Denmead ever since.
Home Instead Havant provide a wide range of services to those whom they care for including companionship, home help, personal care, specialist care such as Dementia and Parkinson’s care, live-in care and more.
As well as providing care, Home Instead Havant provide activities for the local community such as Love to Move sessions, a seated exercise programme specially created and proven to help improve the cognitive ability of those with Dementia. They also facilitate a creative memory café and a forget me not film showing every month which is accessible to all.

The whole team at Home Instead Havant is incredibly passionate about what we do, our main aim is to support our ageing population in keeping their independence, helping them to live longer in their own homes where they feel happiest and most themselves.
