With our incredible Care Professionals and our fantastic office team, we deliver high-quality, person-centred care at home that enables older adults to live comfortably and independently and is rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.

How our part-time roles work in Havant, Emsworth, Hayling and Denmead

Our part-time positions can align with your regular availability, making this job a valid choice for a variety of people. Whether you’re a career changer, retiree, someone returning to the workplace, or a healthcare student, there could be an opportunity here that works perfectly for you. We are able to offer a variety of part-time hours, however, to ensure the quality of care our clients expect, we do require consistency and reliability.

We do have certain peak times when we particularly need Care Professionals. If you’re an early bird who enjoys earlier morning shifts, or if you’re available in the early evenings or around tea time, your availability could be especially valuable to us. These are the times when many of our clients need support, whether it’s helping them start their day or assisting with evening routines.

What does a Care Professional do?

Every day is unique, and each of your regular clients will have different needs. Your responsibilities could include:

– Companionship

Providing conversation and social interaction that brighten a client’s day.

– Assisting with daily activities 

Helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and everyday tasks.

Outings and errands

Accompanying clients on shopping trips or to appointments.

– Personal care

This could be assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, all while helping clients maintain their independence and dignity.

Our focus is on quality care, which is why each visit lasts at least an hour. By carefully matching our Care Professionals with clients, based on care needs, interests and personalities, we create strong, meaningful relationships that have a lasting impact.

What is needed to become a Care Professional?

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals who are ready to bring their heart and reliability to the role. You will need to be a driver with access to your own transport, to be able to visit regular clients in their own homes. No previous care experience is required –  although it is valued – as we provide comprehensive award winning training and ongoing support.  What matters most is your commitment to providing exceptional care and your availability to meet our clients’ needs.
