Our personal care service goes beyond basic assistance. We take the time to understand each client’s preferences, offering care that’s genuinely personalised. For many, this could mean support with personal hygiene, help with toileting, or gentle assistance in getting up and ready for the day. Unlike many care providers, we don’t rush; our minimum one-hour visits mean that each client receives thorough, attentive care. With familiar faces providing consistent support, clients feel secure, knowing they’re in capable, caring hands.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

We understand that it can be difficult accepting personal care and that is why you will be introduced to your Care Professionals and they will spend time getting to know you before assisting you with your personal care.
At Home Instead we ensure that each client has a small team of Care Professionals in place to provide you with care so you can be confident that you will have continuity from the same Care Professionals.
At Home Instead, we have a robust approach to ensuring that all Care Professionals have regular observations of practice that we call Support Visits, and assessments of competency for key activities such as handling medication or providing catheter care.
