What you need to join our team

To become a Care Professional with us, you don’t need a formal background in care (although we welcome those with experience too) – you will need a kind heart, compassion, and a commitment to reliability and punctuality. You’ll also need your own transport to be able to visit our clients in their own homes. 

We do require a committed schedule from our Care Professionals. This commitment ensures that our clients receive consistent, reliable care from the same caregivers. This approach helps us provide consistent and high quality care and companionship, ensuring that our clients always see the same friendly faces, building trust and strong relationships.
