Maintaining a well-kept home is vital for independence and wellbeing, but managing household tasks can become a bit more challenging as we get older. Our Care Professionals support with practical tasks whilst monitoring overall wellbeing – from checking the food in the fridge and medication management to noting any changes in routine or mobility. This comprehensive approach helps clients live independently for longer, whilst providing reassurance to family members that someone is regularly checking on their loved one’s wellbeing.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home.
