We are really pleased to share the news that our National Office has been revealed as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to work 2023.
Our placement in the list follows an anonymous survey completed earlier this year by National Office employees. The survey explored areas such as wellbeing, inclusivity and employee benefits.
Home Instead features in the Best Places to Work list for medium-sized businesses, with 50 – 249 employees.
Commenting on the result, CEO of Home Instead UK & International, Martin Jones MBE said, “We are a people business through and through and that starts with our National Office team of over 80 individuals. They are committed to supporting our franchise network of 250 plus offices across the UK; enabling them to deliver outstanding care.
“Having a shared vision, in our case expanding the world’s capacity to care, has the effect of bringing a team together because we share a common goal. Being featured in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list bears testament to our focus on employee engagement and teamwork.”
