Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Each Care Professional is fully employed by us, fully DBS checked with multiple references and receives comprehensive training to support clients’ daily needs. Through our Care App, families can stay updated on visits and tasks completed, while our office team, including Care Manager Jodi Johnson, is always available to discuss changing needs or adjust support. We believe good communication helps us provide better support, keeping everyone informed.
Over the years, we’ve built strong connections within our local community to enhance the support we provide. Our partnership with Age UK West Sussex helps us connect clients with additional services they might need. Through our regular presence at Horsham’s Boots store, we offer guidance to families about available support options. We understand that maintaining independence at home often needs a network of support, which is why we work closely with local services to ensure our clients have access to everything they need to live well at home.
