What happens when I call you?
Any member of our experienced and dedicated team can talk to you about the services we offer that will provide the care and support you are looking for.We will gather some details from you about the person who is looking for home care, and arrange a good time for us to visit and carry out a full Care Consultation with you, your relative(s), and anyone else who is important, such as advocates or friends.
We know the topic of care can be a daunting one to discuss.
It may be something you have been considering for a while, or it may be something that you’ve suddenly had to start thinking about, such as after an accident, or the onset of illness. Maybe it’s something you’ve been putting off, or maybe you feel you need to make a decision in a hurry.Whatever your reasons or circumstances, we are here to help you through the process from start to finish – from identifying your needs in both a healthcare and personal sense, and choosing the options that suit you and your loved ones best, to your Care Consultation and beyond.
The first step in your care journey
When it comes to care, we know that one size does not fit all. That’s why we take the time to talk with you and your loved ones personally – arranging care can be stressful enough, and we want to alleviate some of that pressure.Each step in your care journey, from our initial chat, to our Care Consultation, to you meeting your Care Professionals, is designed so we can understand what you need, and what will make you feel most safe and comfortable in your home.The initial chat gives us the chance to walk you through our care options, get some initial details, and give you questions to think about. This means that when we visit for your Care Consultation, we can focus on the right topics and provide the information that will be the most useful. Our support is not generic, or straight out of the box – it’s tailored to you.
