This September, as part of World Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, Home Instead Ilkeston and Hucknall, along with Home Instead Nottingham and Home Instead West Bridgford, are uniting to demonstrate our heartfelt commitment to supporting those affected by dementia.

On the 21st of September, we will commemorate World Alzheimer’s Day by participating in the Alzheimer’s Society’s fundraising initiative, Memory Walk 2024. Many members of our local Home Instead family will be joining our Alzheimer’s Memory Walk, starting from Ilkeston and ending in Nottingham. The walk will begin at 10:30 am at our Ilkeston and Hucknall office, covering a distance of 7.5 miles, and concluding at our Nottingham office.
You can participate by joining the walk, sponsoring us, or simply coming along on the day to cheer us on!
