Our Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms because we want visits to feel natural and relaxed. Whether it’s popping to The Windmill Farm for a coffee and cake or enjoying a quiet afternoon at home, it feels more like spending time with a friend. We believe in doing things together – cooking favourite meals, birdwatching, or working on hobbies. Having longer visits means there’s time to build real connections and understand what matters to you. It’s amazing how a game of cards or working on a puzzle together can spark great conversations.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

The feedback from families shows how well this approach works. One daughter wrote on homecare.co.uk about how our team made care feel “informal and fun” for her parents. Another family member told us their mum now looks forward to her regular visits, thanks to having Care Professionals who share similar interests. This close relationship means we often notice small changes in wellbeing early on, helping families stay informed about their loved ones.
