All employees of the home care company were invited to take part in an anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz.
Home Instead Ipswich, Woodbridge & Felixstowe is delighted to have received an impressive Care Professional advocacy score and engagement from their employees. This engagement and score puts them as a global leader in their sector and gives them a ‘5 star’ accreditation.
100% of care professionals rated the recruitment process and the initial training in preparing them for their first client visit, while 94% said they were proud to work for Home Instead.
Furthermore, 100% of care professionals said they felt supported by their franchise owners and management throughout their induction and initial training, 98% stated they were clear about what was expected of them in their roles and 99% felt confident in the ability to meet their clients’ needs.
