We understand that receiving personal care is a significant step, and a loved one may be apprehensive at first. Our approach focuses on dignity and independence, with Care Professionals who take time to understand individual preferences and routines. Unlike arrangements with self-employed carers, our service includes comprehensive support from our local office team, ensuring consistent care even if your regular Care Professional is away. We can provide personal care as part of regular visits or combine it with other services like companionship or home help.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.
