A friendly face and meaningful company make all the difference to daily life and help reduce feelings of loneliness. Our companionship care across Huddersfield, Mirfield and Holmfirth brings this warmth to your home through unhurried, one-hour minimum visits. Our Care Professionals come from diverse and interesting backgrounds, but they share something special – a genuine passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives. Rather than wearing uniforms, we dress like a friend visiting, making trips to local places like lunch out in Greenhead Park or Castle Hill feel natural and relaxed.

The impact of our companionship care really comes through in our clients’ reviews online. As one family member shared on Trustpilot: “My dad was able to maintain his independence without feeling he was imposing or having to always ask for help.” Another noted how their Care Professional “makes a huge difference to his life (and ours).” These relationships grow naturally, built on shared interests and meaningful conversations.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our presence across Kirklees extends far beyond individual care visits. Our popular scam awareness workshops help protect vulnerable older adults in our community. During Christmas, our “Be a Santa” programme brought together three local schools to create handmade cards and winter activity books for older people. One recipient told us, “We don’t have any grandchildren, so it’s lovely to receive a picture from a child again” – showing how these small gestures can bring unexpected joy.
