Our Care Professionals bring diverse life experiences to their roles, but share a natural compassion and dedication to enriching people’s days. They’re carefully matched to your interests and personality – perhaps sharing your passion for gardening, love of books, or interest in local history. Many drive their own cars, making trips to favourite places or appointments easier – especially in rural parts of our community. For clients living with dementia, we can even incorporate reminiscence activities that spark joy and maintain precious memories.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our dementia care in Kirkless makes a real difference in the lives of those we support. As shared on Trustpilot: “My uncle needed care as we were struggling as a family to provide the care he needed. They guided us and went through the different options. I am pleased that after one year of help, my uncle is happier and in the right hands.” This kind of support helps reduce isolation while giving families peace of mind.
