Daily household tasks that once felt simple can become more challenging as we age. Our home help service across Kirklees supports you with everything from preparing fresh meals to keeping the house clean and tidy – but we bring so much more than practical help. Our Care Professionals take time to chat, notice how you’re doing, and ensure everything’s running smoothly. With a minimum one-hour visit, there’s always time to do things properly and at your pace.

Supporting someone at home means understanding their routines and preferences – from how they like their laundry folded to their favourite meals. Our Care Professionals keep an eye on important details that families often worry about: Is the fridge well-stocked? Are medications being taken? Is the post piling up? This watchful support helps spot potential concerns early, while our care app keeps families updated after every visit, bringing peace of mind even when they live far away.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

The difference in reliable home help makes shows in our clients’ experiences. As one family member shared on Trustpilot: “The carers fill in a daily task form so I can see remotely any issues and I can email the office to ask for advice.” Another noted how their Care Professional “makes a huge difference to his life (and ours)” – proving that practical support, done well, supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Every Care Professional joining our Kirklees team is carefully chosen for their reliability and attention to detail. Led by Amaara Patel, whose personal experience caring for her grandmother shaped our approach, we ensure our team understands how important the little things are in maintaining independence. Our office team is always available in person or on 01484 624 924 to adjust schedules, answer questions, or offer advice as needs change.
As active members of the Kirklees community, we understand local needs and resources. While helping clients with household tasks, we can also keep them connected to local life – whether that’s remembering bin collection days in Huddersfield or keeping track of community events in Mirfield. Our involvement in initiatives like scam awareness workshops and our “Be a Santa” programme demonstrates our commitment to supporting older adults beyond just practical help.
