  • 150ml Vegetable Broth or Vegetable Stock
  • 250ml Canned Coconut Milk
  • 100g Spinach, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped ginger, garlic, and chili pepper. Fry for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the Sweet Potato: Stir in the diced sweet potato, season with salt, and fry for another 2 minutes. Mix in the spices.
