Kristy has been in the care industry for many years, joining Home Instead in 2018 as a Care Professional. Kristy worked her way to her current role, assisting in running the business, managing & supporting the office team and ensuring the service meets CQC standards.

Pink joined Home Instead in 2021 as a Care Professional and soon became part of the Management Team. Pink is responsible for assisting Kristy in onboarding new clients and welcoming them on their journey with Home Instead

Tracy joined Home Instead in 2022 after a long career in retail. Tracy has overall responsibility for our schedules and ensuring clients are matched with Care Professionals. Tracy also works closely with Kristy to manage the Care Professional team.
