Why Personal Care may be right for you
Building trust begins with consistency – seeing the same Care Professional for each visit means clients feel more comfortable and relaxed. Our Care Professionals learn the little details that matter to their clients: their morning routine, how they like to shave, whether they enjoy their hair styled a certain way. These seemingly small preferences make a significant difference to someone’s comfort and confidence in their own home. We work at your loved one’s pace, encouraging independence where possible while providing gentle support when needed.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

At Home Instead, we have a robust approach to ensuring that all Care Professionals have regular observations of practice that we call Support Visits, and assessments of competency for key activities such as handling medication or providing catheter care.
