Amazing feedback from Donna about the care her dad is receiving

Hi Lindsay,

Just wanted to give some feedback for the carers that help my dad.

I had the doctor out to see him on Wednesday. Jan and Jess were there when he arrived and helped the doctor move my dad around comfortably (I failed miserably) so the doctor could listen to his chest. After he examined my Dad he commented on the change in him from 2 years ago when he was really sick. He was amazed at how much he has improved given how poorly he was.

Although only Jan and Jess were there I just want to thank the whole team and wanted to let them all know the doctors comments. It just goes to show consistent care really makes a difference.

All of the carers are so caring and compassionate not just with Dad but with Mum as well. My mum would be lost without them and Dad is very comfortable with them which is the most important thing. So a massive thanks to the all the team.
