Another Award for Outstanding Care
This month we were honoured to receive an accolade that recognises our commitment to providing outstanding care via the hard work our entire team!
The annual Home Instead conference, held in Manchester in early Feb. is always a reason for celebration. This year was no exception as Home Instead Maidenhead, Henley & Wallingford received the prestigious Presidential III award for exceptional performance and commitment to high quality care. This award highlights excellence in service delivery, strong community engagement, and the very positive impact made to the lives of local people who rely on our team every day. This achievement is a testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of our entire team, both in the office and our Care Professionals.
We were all particularly delighted to be presented this award by TV legend, Lorraine Kelly, who commented that we are just down the road from where she lives. Maybe she will pop in for a coffee next time she passes!
So a big congratulations to all the Home Instead team for their fantastic work every day. There really is no job more important than helping people stay happy, safe and well in their own homes and our team does this to the very highest standard. Well done to you all!
