Live-In Care
All our services are available to adults over 18yrs. Our support can be ongoing/long term or short term, after a hospital stay or as respite, enabling a family career to visit friends or family.
We create a care plan tailored to your needs after an initial consultation in your home. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your desired support, routines, medication needs, and more. We will also conduct a thorough risk assessment, ensuring your environment is safe, making any recommendations helpful to your needs.
Your Care Support Manager will introduce you to your Care Professional on their first visit and review your care plan with them to ensure everyone is on the same page.
To ensure your care remains up to date and effective, your Care Support Manager will stay in regular contact with you. This ongoing communication allows us to adjust your care as needed, ensuring it’s safe and aligned with any changes in your needs.

We have an exceptional team of Care Professionals, carefully selected for their personality, expertise, and experience to best meet your needs. Our rigorous recruitment process includes a DBS police check, professional and personal references, and our “mum test” to ensure every new team member embodies our values of being caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and respectful.
Each team member undergoes a comprehensive three-day training program, covering both theory and practical skills. Many specialise in dementia care, and the majority of our team holds the City & Guilds accreditation in Dementia care and support.
We’re proud that many of our clients in the Sonning area consider our Care Professionals to be like family.
Our Care Professionals are here to assist you with transportation to any social or support groups in and around Sonning. Staying connected to your community is vital, and getting out and about plays a key role in that. We frequently take clients to the local garden centres, like Sheeplands or Playhatch for coffee. Many enjoy the University of the Third Age (U3A) based in neighbouring Woodley. Whether these groups meet during the day or in the evening, we’re happy to accompany clients, take them home, and ensure they have everything they need for a relaxing and enjoyable time.
We understand how important it is to remain in the comfort of your familiar surroundings in the beautiful town of Sonning, and we’re here to help make that a reality.
