1. Maidstone Christmas Market
The Maidstone Christmas Craft Market is scheduled for Saturday, 7th December 2024, from 10am to 3pm at the Maidstone Museum. This annual event features over 35 stalls offering unique gifts and handmade crafts, providing a festive atmosphere for visitors. The museum has good accessibility for most areas, wheelchair accessible toilets and nearby blue badge parking.
2. Bearsted Green’s Christmas Lights Switch-On
The Bearsted Christmas Lights Switch-On is on 1 December 2024. Enjoy performances from the local Rock Choir and schools, with the lights turning on at 4 PM.
3. Christmas Carol Concert at Godinton House
An afternoon of festive carols with East Kent Chorus and pianist Alun Hughes will be held in the Great Hall on Saturday, 14 December 2024, from 4:00 PM to approximately 6:15 PM. The concert is in aid of Pilgrims Hospice. Booking is essential due to limited spaces.
4. Leeds Castle Leeds Castle are hosting “A Nutcracker Christmas At The Castle”
From 23rd November 2024 to 5th January 2025. This event features beautifully decorated rooms and live performances, for a magical Christmas experience
5. Carols by Candlelight at The Friars, Aylesford
The annual Carols by Candlelight concert will be held in the peaceful Relic Chapel at The Friars, featuring Medway Concert Brass. Tickets need to be booked in advance.
