Starting from one-hour visits, we provide practical support that is about much more than just tidying up – it’s about checking you’re eating well, taking medications correctly, and having everything you need to live comfortably at home.

Our Care Professionals can help prepare nutritious meals you enjoy, keep your kitchen well-stocked through regular shopping trips, and assist with laundry and light housekeeping. They’ll also help with day-to-day tasks like opening the post, managing paperwork, and arranging appointments. Through our care app, we keep your family updated after every visit, and our Chatham-based team are always available to coordinate schedules or adjust support as needed. We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our home help care covers light household tasks which can be carried out during a visit. This would not cover deep cleaning of a client’s home.
