Home Instead Newport, Cwmbran and Chepstow have launched into the lead stealing a top award from HomeCare.co.uk and reaching the top spot of being the highest rated home care provider in our area and further afield with 95% of our reviews awarding us 5 out of 5 stars and the remaining 5% giving us 4 stars for the quality of our care and service.  We are beaming with pride as this award is given through nominations received from actual individuals receiving our care or have in the past. The only more we could ask is how do we improve and achieve that one extra star from our 4 out of 5 reviews which is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

This award is a credit to every single member of our team from our dedicated Care Professionals who work tirelessly providing all the love and attention in the community to our clients, to the recruitment team that only recruit people that they could say without a shadow of a doubt that they would feel confident in them looking after their own family, to our scheduler that keeps everything running smoothly, to our Client Care Coordinators that look after the Care Professionals and ensure that each care package continually meets the needs of our clients, and solves the problems that no one else can, to our Head of People that looks after every single member of the team and ensures every piece of the jigsaw fits seamlessly, to our Office and Finance Manager who ensures the wheels of the Home Instead keep turning, to Community whose reach is wide and strong, to our Care Managers and Client Experience Managers who keep the standards and quality of care at the highest standards.

Standing alone we have our Directors Karen, Laura, and Paul without which Home Instead would not be here to change the landscape of Home Care in Newport, Cwmbran and Chepstow establishing our branch of Home Instead 7 years ago.
