What makes our personal care unique is our focus on consistency and familiarity. We carefully match each client with Care Professionals who will support them regularly, allowing genuine understanding to develop. This means knowing the little details that matter – perhaps preferring a shower before breakfast, choosing specific toiletries, or having a favourite outfit set out for Sunday lunch with the family. Our ‘no rushing’ approach means there’s always time to ensure our clients feel comfortable as we support them to maintain as much independence as possible at home.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.
