The Quince Honey Farm.

Quince Honey Farm is one of South Molton’s accessible cafes offering great parking and accessibility, along with an array of food choices to its residents and visitors.

The Nectary restaurant offers homemade meals, light bites, cakes and drinks with superb views of the garden and the bees.

There is no entry fee for the restaurant, so you can feel free to enjoy a honey latte or a cool glass of wine. 

Rachel’s Bakery South Molton. 

The warm and friendly bakery located in the centre of South Molton’s bustling town. Offers breakfast, delicious lunches and tea & coffees, cakes & Devon cream Teas.

The bakery offers both traditional seating area along with a more cosy and comfortable seating. The bakery is child friendly, with baby change facilities, dogs are also welcome inside the shop (window seats) but not in the Tearoom. 

The George hotel

The George hotel is an 18th Century townhouse hotel located in the heart of South Molton, offering parking at the rear of the property with access by a few small steps. The coffee lounge offers morning coffee serving teas and coffee with a selection of cakes (including cream teas). They also offer a breakfast for non-residence and light lunch. 

This relaxing and comfortable seating allows you to sit and watch the world go by whilst enjoying a variety of the best teas and coffees available. 

Tea on the Taw 

Is an award-winning tearoom, run by two ladies ‘born and bred’ in Devon. The café is in a prime location right by the river Taw it offers both inside and outside seating both of which allow wheelchair access. 

The café serves homemade cakes and cream teas and had an extensive menu catering for a variety of needs. 

Lazy Daisy Café 

This local café is in the centre of South Molton. It offers a variety of foods and were  possible these are locally produced. The café offers and array of food options from light bites to meals. 

The friendly cosy café has a resident chef Chris who endeavours to source locally produced produce and now offer many vegetarian options.

Griffin’s yard 

A beautiful café in a super location offering accessibility for all with plenty of parking. This café uses many locally produced products and numerous options on the menu with Vegetarian Friendly and Vegan Options for both breakfast and lunch. 

Griffins café offer morning coffee, or a delicious lunch or pot of afternoon tea and cake. You can expect freshly prepared dishes including gluten free and vegetarian options. All coffee that is served is fairtrade coffee and have a selection of the finest specialists and herbal teas. 

Zest 

Zest is a modern Mediterranean inspired café, located in the heart of South Molton’s bustling town. This café has ramp access and offers a contemporary and cosy surrounding.  

Drop in throughout the day for breakfast, homemade cakes or delicious sandwiches. There is also an extensive lunch and evening menu which include Mediterranean inspired dishes, pizzas and platters to share. 

The Corn Dolly 

This small family run business was established in 1986. For three decades they have been providing home cooked food and cakes. The café offers a wide range of home cooked foods, cakes and a wide range of drinks including our own blends of tea and coffee. Where possible produce from the local area are used.
