Their consistent dedication and compassion create a trusting and supportive environment, enhancing the well-being of every client they serve.
We actively support clients by connecting them with local resources, such as dementia-friendly cafés and community events tailored to seniors. Our involvement in initiatives like dementia talks at The Amory Centre in South Molton and partnerships with trusted organisations ensures clients can access a comprehensive network of support.
Families are also guided to additional services, such as the North Devon Hospice, for extended care when needed. By fostering these connections, we help clients remain engaged in their community, while our blogs offer helpful tips on making the most of local opportunities.
