Our Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms because we want visits to feel natural, like the familiarity of a friend dropping by. Our Client Experience Team, Hannah, Charlee and Tina, are passionate about ensuring our clients are happy and receive the quality companionship care they deserve. Whether it’s sharing a coffee and helping to fill up the bird feeder, tending to the garden together, or heading out to local shops, we take time to do things to brighten our clients’ lives. Alongside companionship we’re always happy to help – we can assist with light housework, prepare meals together, or accompany you to appointments. As one client’s son told us, “literally nothing is too much trouble.”
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

We love to see our clients smile and the difference our personal approach makes is valued by our clients and families, “My mother has been using Home Instead for over 12 months, and the service has been life-changing. Regular (daily) trips out from a team who feel more like friends than caregivers. Reliable and regular care, and daily updates via the app, leave me feeling much happier that Mum has a busy, active, fulfilling life. My only regret is that I didn’t contact them earlier..” This combination of genuine friendship and professional support shows how companionship care should be.
