Why Live-in Care may be right for you

Our live-in carers provide 10 or 12 hours of care throughout the day, offering support in the comfort of your own home from the time you rise to bedtime, allowing you to maintain your independence and dignity while receiving the care you need.

Whether you require assistance with personal care, medication management, or companionship, live-in carers will be with you on site and are available in emergencies during the night.  However if frequent assistance is required during the night additional dedicated night support may be arranged offering you 24 hour care in the comfort of your home.

Can my carer eat their meals with me?

Yes they can, but we will always take guidance from you for what you would like them to do whilst they are in your home. They can cook and eat meals with you or just make your meals and eat at a separate time if you prefer to eat with your partner or family.

What adjustments would be needed for a Live-in carer?

Your live-in-carer will be on hand for you whilst working and everything is designed around you and your routine so you can continue to live as you wish. You would need to have a spare room, provide a bed and some simple furniture for them to have their own space in your home during their rest periods.
