Will my carers get extra training to meet my needs?

Yes, they are highly trained in all areas of care but we do train in specialist areas too.  This can be condition-led training, or could include catheter care, Stoma, PEG feed for example. We change with you and ensure your regular Care Professionals are trained to meet your evolving needs rather than introducing a new team.

Can you put in additional calls in if required?

Yes, our care is flexible to change over time.  Some people may just introduce a small amount of care to begin with, whilst you are getting used to adapting to the situation.  But as needs grow or change, we can increase or decrease to find the perfect level of care for your needs.
